PREPARING FOR YOUR COURT APPEARANCE
ppearing in Court can be an intimidating prospect, but you can be assured that your representation will be carefully planned with the benefit of thirty years of legal experience. Mr. Clark has defended his clients in all levels of Court cases, including the 10th District Court of Appeals and the Ohio Supreme Court.
  
LOCATION:

The Franklin County Court Complex consists of three buildings(369, 373, and 375 South High Street) that are connected and can be entered from either South High Street or South Front Street.

PARKING

County parking garages are located on South Front Street and east of the Courthouse off East Mound Street.

Private parking lots are available on West Mound Street between South High Street and Second Street.

Parking meters offer very limited parking opportunities on Fulton Street and Mound Street.

Free parking is available at the Clark Law Office, 600 South High Street, which is six blocks from Court.

WHAT TO WEAR
Conservative dress is recommended.
Work uniforms and casual clothing are acceptable.
T-shirts, shorts and sandals are not permitted in Court.
WHAT TO BRING
Please bring any paperwork or documentation mentioned in the notice letter that I sent to you.
Bring your driver's license, or be ready to present valid photo identification if you do not have a driver's license.
Bring proof of automobile insurance.
Be prepared to pay any fees or payments that are due, unless other payment arrangements have been made.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT COURT:
At Municipal Court, check in with the Prosecutor or Bailiff and then return to the hallway and meet me there.
At Common Pleas Court, please meet me in the area outside the Courtroom.
NOTE: Due to Court scheduling of multiple simultaneous hearings, I may not be present at the exact time that your case is scheduled, but I will be there as soon as possible. Please do not worry if I am a few minutes late.
Please do not discuss your case with Court personnel or with strangers.
