PREPARING FOR A COURT APPEARANCE
 LOCATION
The Court Complex consists of three buildings (369, 373 and 375 South High Street) that are connected within and can be entered from South High Street or South Front Street.
PARKING
County Parking garages are located on South Front Street and South off East Mound Street.
Private parking lots are located on West Mound Street between South High Street and Second Street.
Parking meters provide very limited parking opportunities on Fulton Street and Mound Street.
Free parking is available at The Clark Law Office, 600 South High Street, six blocks from Court.
WHAT TO WEAR
 T-shirts, shorts and sandals are not permitted in Court.
Work uniforms and casual/dress clothing are fine; conservative dress is recommended.
WHAT TO BRING
Please bring any documentation I requested in the notice sent to you.
Your driver’s license or photo ID if you do not have a license
Proof of automobile insurance
Any fees or payments due unless other payment arrangements have been made.
WHAT TO DO
In Municipal Court: Upon arrival at the Court, check in with the Prosecutor or Bailiff and then return to the hallway outside and wait for me.
In Common Pleas Court: Please just wait for me in the area outside the Courtroom.
NOTE: Due to Court scheduling of multiple simultaneous hearings, I may not be present at the exact time your case is set, but will be there as soon as possible.
Do not discuss your case with Court personnel or strangers.
